Install Eclipse

Install newest version of Eclipse SDK from http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/

You can also try to use the newest milestone release, however the version which is used to build the product is described here.

Start Eclipse

Eclipse can be started with additional parameters:

eclipse.exe -nl en -debug -consolelog -vmargs -Xms64m -Xmx768m
