Dark Theme + 2D Map
All 2D maps can be dimmed in the 2D Map Options or a dark map provider can be used, e.g. Thunderforest Transport Dark map which can be imported into MyTourbook from this installable map provider.

The following tag properties has some minor UI imperfections, e.g. the menu can flicker. When you don't like it, uncheck the property Open "Add Tags..."...
These properties are disabled on Mac OSX because it is not working like in Linux or Windows (SWT do not close the menu in the arm event).
